I am an intersectional psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialising in relational transactional analysis. I have experience working with identity, trauma, relationships, oppression, self-esteem, and neurodivergence.
I am interested in how people who are different may exist in a state of oppression, perhaps not knowing it, but certainly suffering the repercussions, such as being unsatisfied in the workplace, but not being able to rectify the situation, regardless of how hard they try. This could be due to oppression.
I would describe myself as an autistic, cis, heterosexual Black British man of Nigerian, Congolese and Greek Cypriot heritage, born in Edinburgh and brought up in South West London.
How would you describe yourself?
I offer sessions in person in London (The Brixton Practice), Brighton, and Haywards Heath, as well as online. I also offer outdoors nature allied psychotherapy.
Each 50 minute session costs £65.
